Hey there — I’m Collin, but most people call me Collie, Snax, or “the guy who talks about food like it’s flirting back.” I’m a Boulder-based creative, lifelong flavor-chaser, cannabis insider, mountain wanderer, and chronic over-seasoner of everything that crosses my kitchen counter.

🌿 Who I Am (Personal + Professional All in One Bite)

I was born in Memphis, sharpened in Milwaukee, reborn in Las Vegas, chilled in Lake Tahoe, and finally planted in Colorado. I’ve lived enough lives to fill a tasting menu — bartender, filmmaker, digital designer, sauté pan tyrant, budtender, cannabis manager, agency owner, and occasional therapist to anyone who asks me about choosing a wine at dinner.

My world now is a spicy blend of:

  • 15+ years in video production, content strategy, and brand storytelling

  • Creative roles with Caesars Entertainment, World Series of Poker, Playtika, Specialty Appliance, Allen Company, Fresh Baked, and a constellation of Colorado cannabis brands

  • Leading live-stream productions, directing digital campaigns, building YouTube channels, and crafting visuals that refuse to be ignored

  • Running my creative agency Fresh Mints LLC, where I produce UGC, digital content, social strategies, design, and high-sensory storytelling

  • Working inside the cannabis world — understanding consumers, strains, terps, dispensary culture, and creating content from real industry experience

  • Being a partner to Erynn, stepdad to two brilliant girls, and servant to two cats (Sushi & Miso) who absolutely run the household

When I’m not creating, I’m:

  • cooking delicious meals for my family & friends from scratch

  • trail-running up hills I regret

  • exploring restaurants across the World

  • traveling to beaches that smell like lime and saltwater

  • tinkering with recipes

  • or staring at sunsets like they’re giving me life advice

That’s the long and short of it:
I make things. I taste things. I tell the stories in between.
